Cancellation Policy:
24 hour cancellation for services during the week and a 48 hour cancellation for the weekend. A 100% charge for all services will occur if cancelled without notice. For wedding and spa packages: 2 weeks notice or a 100% charge will occur for all services/packages.
Arrivals:
To better serve you and to make your Rituals experience relaxing and carefree, please arrive on time. Rituals reserves the right to shorten a service if guest(s) is arriving late and the full charge of the service will occur.
No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns. All Sales Final. We do not accept checks
We love children, but at Rituals it’s about the experience and relaxation of our guests. if they do not have an appointment please leave them home.
